Postage
How long will it take for my order to be posted?
We'll try our best to get your Nanogen products in the post on the same day that you order. Otherwise, we usually ship your parcel within 24 hours of you placing the order, or on the next working day if you order on a weekend/QLD public holiday.
How long will my order take to reach me?
If you selected Express Post as your preferred delivery option, your order should take 1-3 working days to reach your door from the day they are posted (see above for despatch times), depending where you are located. Capital cities and surrounding suburbs are usually 1 working day. All other areas are 2-3 days. Please check the table below for a more accurate express postage time estimate based on your postcode:

Posting an order via normal postage will take 3-7 working days to reach you, depending on location. As a general rule, QLD locations - approx. 3 days, WA locations - approx. 7 days.
How much does postage cost?
To offer the best possible shopping experience for our customers, we include free regular postage on all orders. Alternatively, if you are in a hurry to get your order, you can choose Express Post for just $4.
I would not want other people to know what I am ordering. How does Nanogen Australia protect my privacy?
We handle every order made seriously and sensitively. We understand what we provide is something that our customers may not want their neighbors to know about. We have therefore taken every effort to deliver our product to you in a way that does not reveal its contents. We use the Express Post eParcel service with specially printed labels on plain, white boxes. There is no way to identify the package as being from Nanogen, apart from a very small return address on the postage label.

Nanogen Australia uses the latest SSL data and transaction protection with up to 256-bit encryption. We do not store your card details unless you specifically request it (for future email orders). Statistically, ordering from our website is much safer than ordering over the phone!
