Delivery Time:
Orders will usually be shipped by the next working day, although we will try to ship items on the same day they are ordered. Orders placed on a weekend or QLD public
holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
Orders posted by Australia Post Express service will be despatched as per the terms
above and are guaranteed by Australia Post to arrive the next working
day before 17:30*. A signature is required to receive orders. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, a
card will be left. Full instructions on arranging a redelivery or
collection will be on that card.
*Australia Post guarantees next day delivery on express items to Metropolitan areas only. If you are in an area outside these regions, delivery is usually within 2-3 working days. For a full list of the postal terms, please see the Australia Post website www.auspost.com.au
Should there be any
delay with postage you will be notified of the expected despatch time
by email. In the case of multiple products we will often ship the
available parts of the order immediately. The remaining items will be
despatched as soon as they become available, at no extra cost.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Nanogen product, you are entitled to a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days.
